NHC Guidance Therapist
Mi’AhMor Kamalanii | At Your Mental Wellness
Mi’AhMor Kamalanii serves as the NHU Guidance Therapist, offering mental health, emotional wellness, and therapeutic support to the university community. Her role is to provide students and professors with a safe, confidential, and supportive space to address the challenges that can impact their personal well-being, academic experience, professional responsibilities, and everyday lives.
Through At Your Mental Wellness, Mi’AhMor offers individualized guidance and therapeutic services designed to help members of the university community navigate stress, anxiety, burnout, relationships, life transitions, grief, emotional challenges, family concerns, and other personal circumstances that may affect their overall well-being.
Her services extend beyond individual sessions. Mi’AhMor also provides wellness workshops, group discussions, educational programming, and mental health-focused experiences that encourage healthy coping, emotional awareness, communication, self-care, and personal development.
The goal is to make mental health support an accessible part of the university experience—not simply a resource to turn to during a crisis, but a place where students and faculty can receive guidance, gain perspective, develop practical coping tools, and prioritize their overall well-being.
Whether a student is feeling overwhelmed by school, a professor is navigating professional or personal stress, or a member of the university community simply needs a space to talk, Mi’AhMor provides an approachable resource for support.
